2. Order Processing & Transit Times

Our delivery timeline is divided into two distinct phases to ensure clarity:

  • Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. This includes order verification, product quality inspection, and protective packaging.
  • Transit/Shipping Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for your item to travel from our fulfillment centers to your specified delivery address within the United States.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 Business Days.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and direct tracking links. You can monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the logistics carrier's system.

4. Carriers We Use

To guarantee reliable and secure deliveries within the United States, we partner exclusively with top-tier global and domestic logistics networks, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Custom Fees

For all customers located within the United States, your order will be delivered with no additional customs duties, import tariffs, or brokerage fees. The price you see at checkout is final.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@apext.shop. We will do our best to modify the address before the package is shipped out; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing is completed.
