At Apext, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with our straightforward return and refund process.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day free return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Free Returns & No Restocking Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free. We provide a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the United States.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our dedicated customer support team at support@apext.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Print the return label, securely pack your item in its original packaging, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@apext.shop. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by issuing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your bank or credit card statement. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@apext.shop.
